Our 3 day programme can be delivered in one session, or on a modular basis over 3 months


 

The core programme can be customised to suit your requirements, depending on your organisation's strategy and state of preparedness. Choosing the modular option allows attendees to absorb and practice new skills and competencies in a staged process. Real selling experiences can be fed back into the training process bringing the theory alive, turning it rapidly into reality. The modules are designed in such a way as to ensure attendees leave each session with skills which can be implemented straight away; no waiting for the entire programme to complete.     • Preparing for client meetings 
    • Engaging with clients and utilising appropriate sales behaviours 
    • Handling objections
    • Closing the sale
  • Module 3 - Account Development 
    • The business development cycle
    • Negotiating the best deal 
    • The discipline of trading 
    • Measuring, reporting and reviewing


This is a hands on programme and in each of the 3 modules live exercises are used to allow attendees to practice and assimilate new techniques in a safe environment.
